About

A patient, honest look at the apps you trust your mind to.

Mindkindly exists because most reviews of mental wellness apps are written by people who spent fifteen minutes with the app before publishing. That's not enough time to know whether something works. So we built a publication around the opposite premise: slow, careful, and honest.

What we cover

We review apps that help with cognitive performance, focus, attention, memory, sleep, meditation, mood, and adult ADHD. The category is exploding, AI is reshaping every product in it, and most consumers are flying blind. Our job is to test rigorously, write honestly, and recommend specifically.

How we work

Every app we review is used hands-on for at least 14 days before publication. We test on real devices, with real schedules, in real conditions. We score each app against five standardized criteria documented in our methodology page. We publish dated reviews and update them as apps evolve.

Who publishes Mindkindly

Mindkindly is published by Avasy Inc., a Canadian federal corporation. Avasy Inc. also develops Zenelia, an AI brain training app reviewed alongside competitors on this site. We disclose this on every page and across every review. Our editorial framework is the same for Zenelia as for every other app, and our reviews of Zenelia include its limitations, not just its strengths. For the full picture of our independence and affiliate relationships, see our disclosure page.

How we make money

Mindkindly earns commission when readers click through affiliate links and subscribe to apps we recommend. We earn comparable rates regardless of which app a reader chooses, so our incentive is to help readers find the right fit, not to push any single product. We never accept payment for placement, ranking, or favorable reviews.
